Liz Allen (Natalie Distler)
In the same grade as Peter and the gang. An old acquaintance of theirs from spending years in school together, and a friend of MJ's.

Flash Thompson (Sean Faris)
A star athlete, well-liked by most everybody. A highly-recruited defensive back for the Midtown High football team. Not friends with Peter, not they're not rivals either.

Kenny McFarlane (Trevor O'Brien)
Flash's best friend/side kick. Also a football player, but as a reserve. Something Flash never lets him forget, nick-naming him "bench-warmer."

Indira "Indy" Daimonji (Nikki Eslami)
The reigning gossip queen at Midtown High, Indy is known for her over-the-top friendliness and hard-partying ways on the weekends.

Principal Walter "Wally" Bartlett (Paul Hogan)
From of the outback to the principle's office comes the man nick-named "the awesome Aussie" by students. But what is an outdoorsman like Wally doing running a high school in Queens?

Coach Barry Mansfield (Henry Rollins)
The former assistant, and now head coach of the Midtown football team. Acted as a mentor of sorts to Robbie when he was a student, now he just wants to win.

Janitor Mike (Randy Quaid)
Little is known about the mysterious janitor. Some say he was once a famous rock star from the 70's that lost everything, others that he is a mutant. The fact is, nobody knows for sure...

Miss Allison Saunders (Cathy Cahlin Ryan)
Peter & Gwen's biology teacher. Not viewed as the "cool" teacher, but well-liked by most students.

Mac Gargan (Scott MacDonald)
Lead researcher on Project: Renaissance for two year prior to being fired. After his termination, Gargan stole lab equipment, notes, and specimens used on the project and tested it on himself, developing enhanced abilities, but also mental instability.

Afterward, Gargan took several dozen hostages at OsCorp HQ in an attempt to force Norman Osborn into hiring him back. Peter showed up and fought him, but it was a sniper's bullet that finally put an end to the would-be Scorpion.

Dennis Carradine (Shawn Hatosy)
Ben Parker's killer, encountered by Peter soon after he discovered his abilities, but ran away after taking Peter's wallet. Peter later discovered his wallet in Carradine's motel room and realized he could have stopped him before he had a chance to kill his uncle.

Later, Peter caught up with Carradine and nearly beat him to death before stopping short at the last minute.

Alex Sytesvich (Stanislav Ianevski)
Star football player for Empire High until a serious neck injury left his future in doubt. Thanks to an experimental steroid developed by Wilson Fisk, based in part on the Renaissance serum, Alex recovered and developed enhanced strength, speed, and agility.

Fisk later recruited Alex to do his dirty work, including an attempt to steal classified glider technology from OsCorp. Alex turned on Fisk, though, after he discovered that Fisk had his brother, Bryan, killed. Alex later died after injecting himself with a tainted vial of the steroid given to him by Fisk.

Alison Crestmere (Jaimie Alexander)
One of the mutants who took advantage of the Manhattan riots after Spider-Man's arrest by S.H.I.E.L.D. to wreak havoc in protest of the mutant registration act. As one of the few known class 3 mutants, her mutation allowed her to manipulate fire.

Kyle Gibney (Mike Lobel)
The other mutant who fought Spider-Man during the riots. A class 2 mutant, Gibney had general enhanced strength, speed, agility, and healing factor.

Andrew Porter (Chris Olivero)
Drug dealer who spread Hammerhead's Renaissance-laced drug through the streets of New York, including to Liz Allen. Later caught by Spider-Man during an altercation with Liz and Flash Thompson.

To be updated with each appearance...

Nick Fury (Avery Brooks)
Leader of the black-ops organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Viewed by many within the military as a wild card and a liability.

Major Sherman Trest (Max Martini)
Nick Fury's right-hand man. A former army sargent with a less than impressive service record, Nick Fury saw something he liked in Trest and brought him in as his second-in-command.

J. Jonah Jameson (J.K. Simmons)
Editor & Chief of the Daily Bugle, a former tabloid newspaper hoping to make the transition into serious journalism.

Curt Conners (Jeffrey Combs)
A brilliant geneticist, Conners replaces Mac Gargan and Mort Stromm as the Project: Renaissance lead researcher.

Craig Watson (Robert Duncan McNeil)
MJ's father and a well-known lawyer. Well known because of his skill as well as his refusal to represent clients with questionable reputations. Viewed by most as a "good guy" lawyer.

Katherine Watson (Deirdre Quinn)
MJ's mother. A former stay-at-home mom, the family's financial situation forced her into going back to work some years back. Her marriage isn't in the best shape.

John Marshall (Zachary Quinto)
Gwen's foster dad, and a police detective. Learned of Gwen's case through a friend at social services, took it to his wife and they made the decision to take her in.

Bridget Marshall (Cara Buono)
John's wife, Gwen's foster mother. Took an interest in Gwen's case after her husband brought it to her attention and just had to help.

Alistair Smythe (Garret Dillahunt)
Norman Osborn's executive assistant/consultant. One of the few who Norman let in on classified details of Project: Renaissance.

Solomon (Tyson Tomko)
Wilson Fisk's personal bodyguard, and all-round badass. Handles security issues personally.

William Robertson (Robert Gossett)
Robbie's father, and the chief of police. A close friend and partner of Ben Parker's before his injury and retirement from the force. The two remained friends until Ben's death.

Betty Brant (Danneel Harris)
A secretary at the Daily Bugle, where she works closely with J. Jonah Jameson - not an easy task to be sure.
